Number of Persons

The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the apartment is 4 and should not be exceeded without the owners permission.

Occupation and Departure

Week stay check in Saturday from 11am departure Saturday by 10am

Weekend stay check in from Friday 3pm departure Monday by 10am

Mid week stay check in Monday from 3pm departure Friday by 10am

Payment

A deposit of 35% of the total rental is required as a booking payment. Receipt of this payment will confirm the booking and is non refundable. Once the owners have confirmed your booking you are responsible for the whole of the hire terms. The balance is due in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Late Booking

If a booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel the booking you must immediately notify the owners and subsequently confirm in writing. In all cases of cancellation the deposit is forfeited.

Hirers Responsibility

The hirer is responsible for the apartment and its equipment during the period of hire and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. A cheque of £100 covering damages and liability will be required & sent no later than 3 weeks before the rental date. This will be refunded once the property has been checked following departure.

The apartment is let fully furnished. The hirer undertakes to report and pay for any damage caused to the house or for equipment lost, damaged broken or stolen during there occupancy of the apartment. All equipment utensils ect must be left in clean condition at the end of the hire period. None of the items may be removed from the property during the occupancy.

The property must be left clean and tidy as it was found.

Owners Liability

The owners do not accept any liability for the loss of, or damage to personal effects, baggage or any other items belonging to the hirer or to any member of the hirers party.

We shall not be liable for consequential or other damages howsoever arising, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence not excluded.

Right of entry

The owners shall be allowed right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
