• End of Jan, Super Bowl in Tampa Florida to watch the Steelers (my team) beat the Cardinals
• March, weekend cycling in the Lake District
  
• April, Hong Kong visit with Wing Chun Kung Fu school
• July, turned 40 (life begins?)
  
• August, Cycling from Yorkshire to the Lake District over 4 days.
  
• September, 2nd visit to Hong Kong for Ip Chun (Wing chun grandmaster's) 85th birthday.
