Supported the President’s Advisory Commission on Consumer Protection and Quality in the Health Care Industry with research and original writing in the building of the “Consumer Bill of Rights and Responsibilities,” commonly known as the “Patients’ Bill of Rights.”  Attended Advisory Commission meetings, healthcare quality informational meetings, and Congressional hearings.
