Bio:

John F. DeLisi is a designer and builder of a whole line of picture framing equipment. As a young man, discharged from the Navy after serving in WWII, He started in 1949 the Delbros Machine and Tool Company in Brooklyn New York. In 1998 he moved to Deerfield Beach, Florida and is now available for servicing frame makers in south Florida.
