Introduction
This workshop is a follow on course from “Pilates Foundation for Body and Mind”. and teaches combined Swiss ball and weights Pilates based exercises. These are intermediate level exercises that will help build a strong powerful swing. It is designed to work the core and build lean bodymass, enhance overall fitness flexibility and balance.
The psychology will demonstrate how to attain and sustain a “focused state for mind and body” for training, golf play and tournaments.
Course Objectives
This workshop aims to teach golfers how to exercise from the inside out. It will provide the golf professional with personal and teachable exercise routines that are adaptable and effective. Including programmes for back care, strength, balance and power.
We all have an experience of feeling and staying focused. This workshop will teach how to “switch on’ this state when it’s needed and how to sustain it for as long as it’s needed.
