PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Customer Service: Personally deal with all of Mount Language Institute’s students' parents by phone and in person in Korean. Arrange parent-teacher meetings and open houses to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Organize community outreach activities to attract new customers.

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain the books at Mount Language Institute. Handle customer billing and purchasing, payroll and insurance, tax and pension payment for employees.

  • Management: Supervise a staff of four teacher. Make schedules and deal with curriculum. Act as a liaison between customer and teacher as well as interpreting. Motivate workers and give them what they need to do their jobs in the best way possible.

  • International Cooperation: Developing a study abroad program giving Mount Language Institute students to participate in home stays with American families.
