JOB SPECIFICATION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for human capital planning, training and development of the Human Resources of the Institute.

QUALIFICATIONS
Afirst degree not below Secon class or it equivalent in either the Social Sciences or Humanities and/or Associateship of the Institute.

Membership of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE
At leas 6 years post qualification cognate experience in a Human Resources Development of an established and well managed corporate organization.

AGE: Not more than 36 years by June 30, 2009
