The Shroud of Turin is revered by millions around the world as the actual burial cloth of Jesus of Nazareth. Although carbon 14 testing done in 1988 dated the Shroud to the Middle Ages, there is much evidence that the samples taken were not representative of the entire cloth. In other words, the Shroud may very well be from the 1st century A.D. As a Catholic, I have always had an interest in the Shroud of Turin. As a writer, I saw a need to bring the story of this mysterious relic to today's youth. That's why I wrote, Journey of the Shroud: Stories For Young People. Each chapter consists of a short fictional story based on facts from a specific time in the Shroud of Turin’s history, and virtually every page contains numerous full colour photographs. The book has been reviewed by Shroud experts and is the only one available on this topic for youth ages 12 and up.
