The horizons for the Navodaya students are often confined to the campuses.They don't get the full picture of what is going on in the world outside.They are unaware about the various competitive examinations,career options etc. 

             If the passed out students lend their helping hands to these students,a lot can happen.We may see the Navodaya students taking up professions according to their interests and needs.
           So this association is trying to gather as much information as possible and arrange them so that it can be accessed by students.The members of association will be conducting career guidance seminars.In addition to this,guest lectures can be arranged where alumni would be able to let students know more.
