![]() | Jeanne M. Gaudreau grew up with in a family of horse trainers. Under the tutelage of her mother and grandfather, Jeanne began riding, competing and training at an early age. Jeanne founded JMG STABLES in 1978 after graduating from Meredith Manor Horsemanship School in Waverly West Virginia and offered training and experience in many disciplines including: western pleasure, hunter pleasure, show hack, halter, trail, reining, hunters over fences, in-hand work and breaking to saddle. She bred, trained and showed Arabian horses in the early years, and was an Arabian "R" Judge for the United States Equestrian Federation. She has won numerous awards at the national level, including a Reserve National Championship at Grand Prix. She won her USDF gold medal on her favorite horse, Baha in 2006. She has instructed students who have placed in the North American Young rider Championships, all breeds championships and has coached the University of Montana Equestrian Team to three Reserve Zone Hunt Seat Champion shows, five Regional Hunt Seat Champion Titles and four Western Reserve Champion Titles since 2000. She continues to ride and show dressage, both with half-Arabs and Warmbloods, and shares that love with her daughter who has currently won two All-Breed Championships and one Reserve on her 1/2 Arab gelding and her Quarter Horse mare. |
