Gosper County District Court APPROVAL of the SID's Bond
Issue request; which will reduce the interest rate from
the 7% now being paid on warrants issued during the project to 5.2% for the bond. This is to finance the balance of the project, for those costs not financed by the NDEQ CW-SRF low interest loan.
Revised SO-02A covering SID#1 Sewer Annual User Fees, Billing and Collection means. Approved 7-21-10. The same User Fee was approved for the 2011 billing period, that being $162.00 plus state sales tax per each ERU, Equivalent Residential Unit.
This is an example of paying the Assessment by several lump sums over the 15 year period which shows the interest that is accumulated on the unpaid balance that must be paid
with each lump sum payment...
