Side note: There were a few instances in which I hadn't already learned the business material Hani and I were to cover.  I read ahead, learned it myself, and within 10 minutes began teaching Hani!  (He got the questions right on the homework, and consistently scored in the top three in a class of 30.)


"Josh did an excellent job tutoring my daughter in Pre-calc BC last year (spring 2011). My daughter attends Walter Payton College Prep and is quite strong in math, but last year she was struggling to maintain an A. Josh helped my daughter increase her understanding of mathematical principles and also introduced her to several practical strategies for approaching different types of problems. He constructed practice tests that prepared her well for the exams.

We turned to Josh after my daughter received a particularly low score on an exam. On the very next test, her score was 111% (with extra credit, of course) and on the final, she scored a 98 - scores that she very much attributes to her work with Josh. My daughter has already asked if she can meet with Josh again next year as she takes AP Calc- BC. She would also like his help preparing her for the SATII math exam and the AP Calculus BC exam. The only regret I have is that we didn't enlist his help earlier in the academic year. "
