Ready for action (take up position) - Kamaete Relax - Enoy Blue - Ao Red - Aka
Bow - Rei
Bow to the front - Shomen ni rei Reverse - Gyaku Bow to teacher / instructor - Sensei ni rei Right - Migi
Bow to each other - Otagai ni rei Senior (one's senior) - Sempai
Distancing - Ma-ai Spiritual shout - Kiai
Focusing the muscles (tension) - Kime Stop (finish) - Yamae
