 Jishin-Kai Shotokan Karate follows the path of Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate-do; Sensei Hirokazu Kanazawa 金澤 弘和 10th Dan teachings.
New members are always welcome!
We enrol children from the age of 7 (6 in some cases) and adults to age 65. We offer FREE introductory lesson and generous family discount. We have clubs in Stotfold, Arlesey and Shefford offering children only classes, mixed classes, adults only classes and advanced classes.
We also work with three local lower schools offering school children to attend the After School Club during term times.

Stotfold Memorial Hall: Sunday 5-6pm (Juniors all grades); 6-7pm (Adults all grades); 7-8pm (4th kyu & above)
Arlesey WI Hall: Thursday 6-7pm (Mixed class); 7.15-8.15pm (Brown & Black belts)
Shefford Town Memorial Hall: Monday 6-7pm (Juniors only)
After School Clubs: Monday ~ St. Marys Lower School | Tuesday ~ Roecroft Lower School | Thursday ~ Fairfield Park Lower School : (3.30 - 4.30pm)
