Wherefore Medicare Necessitates Radical and Rabid Reform in America, In Loving Memory of Doctor Charlotte Puick (Oakland New Jersey), and An Open Question For U.S. Prosecutor Paul J Fishman  I wanted to write something in loving memory about my former psychiatrist from Oakland, New Jersey, Doctor Charlotte Piuck. She was nearly 90 years old when she passed away in December last year. Extremely sad hearing the news, I found out only when calling her home in Oakland, New Jersey, when not hearing from her for several months. She used to call me to come pick her up and share tea at a nearby local diner every month, even after losing the right to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey owing to her billing the U.S. Medicare program for a few telephone consultations in which she talked a mentally ill patient of hers from committing suicide, calling her in the middle of the night. It makes me ponder why, with all the problems poor disabled persons as myself have in America, obtaining good medical care and/or insurance today, never mind finding ways to pay for it, U.S. Prosecutors like, Paul J. Fishman (New Jersey appointed by President Obama), are so mentally bent in pulling and/or suspending the medical license’s and prosecuting so many noble admirable medical doctor’s, for petty criminal offenses (?) I don’t possess any former photos of Dr. Piuck, I wish I did. Yet, she deserves being honored in this way. I was merely twenty-three years old, living in the battered woman’s shelter located in, West Milford, New Jersey named SOS, when we met. That is thirty-three years ago. I was neither on Medicare nor Social Security when meeting her. I merely found her name in a local phone book and called for an appointment. From the very first appointment forward, she befriended me, administered psychological therapy and medicine to me and others absolutely free of charges, and also, from time to time even donating to me her former furniture and clothing when buying new replacements; going above and beyond most persons, politicians and New Jersey Prosecutor’s do insofar as donations to charity. And now, just owing to my Pain Specialist allegedly accepting $400- in gifts for recommending a few pain patients have their MRI’s done at a certain imaging center in Newark, that I hear is extremely commendable, me and hundreds of other pain patients, who have nowhere else to go, now have to worry about our pain specialist having his medical license temporarily and/or permanently suspended. Why Mr. Fishman? Don’t you have anything else to do with you time? Where were you when Harry J Shortway Junior, a former West Milford Detective and his corrupt friend cops, beat my head ten times against their police car on Macopin Road in West Milford , New Jersey in 1991, Prosecutor Fishman? The incident I keep complaining about in which, Internal Affairs Official William Sorchinski, from W.Milford,N.J , brought me to an undercover house filled with Federal Officials in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, to hear from them I was set-up to be murdered by corrupt cops in West Milford ? Why haven’t you investigated this since it happened in 1991 (?) I don’t know wherefore, President Obama, ever appointed him as, U.S. Prosecutor to benign with (?( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_J._FishmanProsecutor (Read More) , when he seemingly breaks the law every time he illegally obtains information and/or arrests a person he intends to prosecute, by attempting to bribe them using his undercover cops, causing them to commit a crime they would have never I otherwise intended to commit if not for, Fishman sending in undercover officers to tempt a person with money illegally. This is whereby, U.S. Prosecutor Paul J Fishman, obtained all of his brass I assure you. In the identical manner, Harry J Shortway, had years ago when dealing with me, until he set me up to be murdered when I discovered that he was a criminal himself dealing cocaine. Let’s find out what’s in your closet insofar as skeleton’s, Prosecutor Fishman. Somehow I get the impression your political record is not nearly as nice and neat as it seems for a man in your position. You will have an extremely difficult time in my estimation proving, Dr. Dov Rand, has the caliber of Mens Rea necessitated to prosecute him criminally. I say this testifying to you that as his pain patient, I literally have asked Dr. Dov Rand dozens of times if I needed a shot for my back pain, and was told by him, “No you do not need one, you should avoid having too many of those cortisone shots if you don’t really need them because they are not the best thing for you.” If Dr. Rand, was out to knowingly accept bribes, as you claim he is in your newspaper article, why wouldn’t he then jump at an opportunity to bill me for such a simple procedure as an injection (?) Moreover, I additionally have asked Dr. Dov Rand myself (and I have the police reports to prove it), “IF I NEED ANY ADDITIONAL MRI’S AND/OR X-RAYS because of recent personal injuries I sustained because of some recent slip and falls I had this past winter and in my driveway recently, and he has told me “NO.” Many of these accidents were previous to your investigation and arresting him. So if Dr. Dov Rand was as greedy as you claim he is, why didn’t he tell me to go get an MRI at Orange Imaging for kickbacks (?) You do not have an answer do you (?) Because the only answer is, Dr. Dov Rand is NOT corrupt and he merely saw the opportunity as a gift. In any event, because of U.S. Prosecutor Paul J Fishman’s, over anxiousness and illegally trying to bribe people and businesses around the State of New Jersey, me and many others, might not have a pain doctor to go to in the future. A doctor that once said to me, “I was once a pain patient, Jill, so I have more empathy than others suffering from pain symptoms, if my billing office ever sends you a bill for what Medicare does not cover, let me know because I make it my business NEVER TO BILL MY PATIENTS THAT EXTRA 20% MEDICARE DOES NOT COVER.” Tell me where we can all find a replacement for such a noble doctor as, Dr. Rand, U.S. Prosecutor Fishman (?) And, merely for accepting a petty gift in the monetary amount, of $400-(?) I hate to tell you this, but I am NOT proud of you for arresting my doctor ! Do us all a fine favor, Fishman, and go after the people who really deserve it like the police formerly beating me up i.e., Harry J Shortway Junior and others and leave my pain and psychiatrists alone!
