The local Bloomingdale New Jersey Police Department again had forced me physically into a psychiatric Hospital again; this time Chilton Hospital in Paquannock, NJ, USA. I was in the emergency room once again, for seemingly no reason whatsoever after making another attempt reporting an incident for investigation to the local Bloomingdale, NJ Police mentioning issues effecting the entire world. Anyway, this time Chilton Hospital forced me into a place called Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital. They had me on medications dropping my blood pressure to 82 over 67 (i almost  died). They continued to force me to take this medication for at least three weeks in which time they refused to release me. I was not released for almost one month after arguing with the staff that there was nothing at all wrong with me. Each day my two regular psychiatrists called Ramapo Ridge Mental Hospital trying to get released. They refused and Ramapo Ridge told me I had to stand before a judge and court located in the bottom floor of the building to be released.After three weeks I had to go downstairs and I actually stood before what seemed to be a “war crimes tribunal,” in lower level of the Ramapo Ridge . I stood before a judge wearing a regular judicial long black robe and a line of attorney’s beseeching my release from the hospital. The Ramapo Ridge facility gave me a urine test as soon as I arrived at the detention facility in Wykoff NJ USA. The test was positive for a result because Ramapo Ridge sent me all the way back to Chilton by way of another ambulance at 3Am in the morning. The Head Nurse told me “Jill you have to go back to Chilton Hospital because we have to wait for your urine test to clear from something or the other...) to the best of my memory which is VERY good as we know is a proven fact. I was sent back to Chilton Hospital from Ramapo Ridge at about 3 am in the morning until a urine test that Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains NJ said that I was able to be transported back to Ramapo Ridge. It must have been close to 4-5:30 am almost dawn when this occurred to me.I will continue to release proof and details until the United States of America grants both Serbia and myself immediate monetary settlements for our troubles. Serbia and Bonsia and Montenegro are due moneys because of illegal bombing of their  countries and I am owed a sizable financial settlement as stated. I ask President Obama to immediately work out an out of international court settlement at once  before the news reports it right with MY TRANSLATION! The test was positive for a result because Ramapo Ridge sent me all the way back to Chilton by way of another ambulance at 3Am in the morning. The Head Nurse told me “Jill you have to go back to Chilton Hospital because we have to wait for your urine test to clear from something or the other...) to the best of my memory which is VERY good as we know is a proven fact. I was sent back to Chilton Hospital from Ramapo Ridge at about 3 am in the morning until a urine test that Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains NJ said that I was able to be transported back to Ramapo Ridge. It must have been close to 4-5:30 am almost dawn when this occurred to me. I will continue to release proof and details until the United States of America grants both Serbia and myself immediate monetary settlements for our troubles. Serbia and Bonsia and Montenegro are due moneys because of illegal bombing of their countries and I am owed a sizable financial settlement as stated. I told them I am Orthodox Christian and want a Holy Bible because I can not read other denomination material but they still neglected to get me a Holy Bible for my entire 3 week stay!
