Staring Into the Eyes of American Capitalist Medicority in 2010 and Beyond (Janet Napoltiano)
By Jill Starr United States : Staring Into the eyes of American capitalist mediocrity in 2010 and beyond.
Do you trust your country (duty/honor/nation), merely, to be held inside the hands of an inexperienced paid political appointee “and substantial political campaign contributor,” to President Obama ? Case in point: Janet Napolitano (?) Janet Napolitano, a woman who the Wikopedia Online Encyclopedia cites as being nothing at all exceptional in the area of ‘anti-terrorism.” Janet Napolitano, not an ‘anti-terrorist expert’. Janet Napolitan, merely a mediocre woman who area of expertise is, first and foremost is, a politician. Wikopedia Online Encyclopedia cites as: ” An American politician from the Democratic Party, Napolitano was serving as governor of the state of Arizona when designated by then-President-elect Barack Obama to be his Secretary of Homeland Security. She was confirmed by the Senate and sworn in one day after Obama’s inauguration. She was chair of two state Governors’ associations and was named by Time Magazine.” Will someone shake some sense into our, United States President (please)! Our country is at stake! And Wikopedia tells us Janet Napolitano has absolutely no training whatsoever as an ‘anti-terrorism expert.” In fact I dare lay claim to the unadulterated fact, that Darko Trifunovic and myself are more deserving of the United States Secretary of Homeland Security position than, Janet Napolitano! WE at least possess more practical hands on experience in the area of ‘anti-terrorism,” than the current Homeland Security Secretary ever had, and probably ever will possess. And so the United States necessitates a scapegoat; so they blame Holland. Why blame Holland? Holland does not pat anyone down through customs anymore than JFK Airport in New York City. Why should we Americans, so complacent to accept a Homeland Security Secretary so mediocre that she has no hands on experience in anti-terrorism, actually expect, that Holland will do more assessing airport customs than we ourselves do at EWR or JFK (?) They questions nags at us at once, since this most recent terrorist attempt against America has passed this Christmas. Well just like any political position in a capitalist society where everything is bought and sold, whether it be the position of Secretary of State, or, Secretary of Homeland Security, why should we in America accept that precious positions such as these be bought and sold like everything else one can stick a price tag on in America(?) Isn’t our safety priceless(?) YOU DECIDE. |

JAT (Yugoslav Air Travel Standards Surpass Even the Saftey At JFK in New York City Post 9/11)

Post 9/11, JFK was supposedly safe beyond reproach insofar as security; this proved untrue. I had not traveled outside America in many years so I was unfamiliar with the new travel restrictions on such items as nail scissors etc., being illegal to bring onboard flights and carried several very sharp ones right passed JFK security inspection inside my purse on board out of my own ignorance of new flight rules. It was not until I arrived on my stopover in Paris, France that I was boarding onto a JAT (Yugoslav Air Travel) flight for Belgrade that the security officer of JAT told me that he had to confiscate the aforementioned items owing to new security precautions implemented post 9/11.
I informed him upon boarding my initial flight at JFK in New York, the security guards at the gate allowed me to board my flight to Paris carrying them in my purse. The JAT security employee merely shook his head in amazement mentioning something insofar as his seriously questioning American security in general stating that Jugosalv Air Travel obviously took airline and passenger security much more seriously.
I loved flying JAT! Not only was I completely satisfied the flight from Paris to Belgrade was many times more secure since JAT searched boarding passengers more thoroughly than JFK, the hospitality, food and drink was excellent. I say this owing to my being a well seasoned traveler having previously visited places such as Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong, etc.. It was extremely laid back on the flight. People moved around switching seats and chatting with good friends and the food was the best! My favorite Serbian food and drink were served and all airline employees shoed me the highest level of hospitality. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and service on JAT I later began an online blog about it on Yahoo360.
