Jill Starr VS. Serge Brammertz   As previously stated, either I am a liar, OR, the iCTY, its' judges and its' Prosecutor, Serge Brammertz, is lying to the entire world as to my claims the entire ICTY and iCC Court housed at the Hague in the Netherlands in the ICC International Criminal Court Preperatory meetings (CLOSED UNITED NATIONS MEETINGS I ATTENDED IN 2001 WITH EVERY AMBASSADOR IN THE WORLD IN NEW YORK CITY) had substantial conversations about trading judicial verdicts and future judicial apointments for ICTY and ICC future financial funding.

Since we can not  both be telling the truth, I, Miss Jill Louise Starr, hereby challenge , ICTY Prosecutors and Judges, to a POLYGRAPH TEST AT ANYTIME  AND ANYWHERE AND IN FRONT OF EVERY INTERNATIONAL NEWS MEDIA OUTFIT IN THE WORLD TO MANIFEST TO THE WORLD IF THESE COURTS ARE MORALLY AND JUDICIALLY FIT TO TRY SERBIAN AND/OR ANY OTHER SO CALLED "WAR CRIMINALS" whatsoever!

I am home and bring the Polygrah on now! Even if it is 5am in the morning! I am ready to take it when , Serge Brammertz , is ready!

Doesn't the world want to settle the matter once and for all as to whether the ICTY and newly emergent ICC are corrupt courts?
