Legal scholars around the world are not asking why Radovan Karadzic cannot be granted enough time by the Hague’s Int’l Criminal Court to read his own transcripts for his own defense, and, have his legal briefs translated before his arraignments (?) so he can defend himself in the Hague’s highest court. Why can’t he subeana Richard Holbrook as a witness to testify and others in his behalf possessing important and vital documentary evidence in acting in his own defense (?) If a small court in Paterson New Jersey and local courts my own small New Jersey municipality can arrange such legal provisions, why won’t the Hague (?) After all the Hague claims it does not have enough resources which is doubtful since it claims necessity to move gold and other international assets on court business unhindered through interstate borders. The Hague’s highest court globally has just been exposed in one easy blog as as a genuine travesty of social equitable international justice in all cases in the Former Yugoslavia.
