This is the signature of Passaic County Judge John E. Selser. He was
the only judge ever allowing me custody rights of at least one of my two
children, Little Jill since 1991.
I do not own a flatbed scanner so
this is wherefore I do not have well scanned images. I took these with
my digital camera. The custody case number is: FV-16-001875-93.
Dishonorable Judge Marilyn Clark in Paterson was the worst judge in
New Jersey. She was the judge severing my relationship with my children
permanently refusing to even allow me telephone calls to them or
regular visits at all treating me like a murderer or something.
But even people on death row get some visitation rights Marilyn Clark. Read this and weep!

I Had Not Seen Her Since She Was Little Until She Was 17 Years Old
When my ex-husband took illegal custody of my two children in the early
1990s, I’d like to remind the Passaic County New Jersey Court System
(Family Division Chancery Part), my daughter Jill Shirley Chapman was
not in any manner related biologically to my husband Andre Chapman whom
you granted custody to. This is DNA genetic fact. I have her birth
certificate here in my Bloomingdale, NJ home; I plan to post it here on my blog at any time.
My daughter’s genuine father is a Mexican/Native American Indian man
named, Carlos Meza/Mesa. My daughter always wanted to have a chance to
get to know him before he died because he is many times older than I. I
don’t know where he is myself currently but have tried to contact him.
I had not seen my daughter since she was so little as you can see in
the photo until the time she is older in the other photo with her and
my son together.
My ex-husband refused to allow me even phone calls and/or visitation
rights and would not even accept my Christmas presents and letters to
my children during their childhood; this sealed the fact they feel I
deserted them which is not true at all.
 
Did you know my Grandparents, Solomon and Shirley Cohen went to their rabbi getting my son a Hebrew name.
I will be posting that shortly if I can locate the Rabbi’s certificate.
