Permanently disabled political science student, Miss Jill Louise Starr of Newfoundland NJ was told that, "she was no longer welcomed to either graduate and/or continue as a student at the New School for Social Research" at 5th/14th Streets in NYC only three weeks prior to her anticipated MA Degree Graduation last April 22, 1999 when she was summoned into the Office of Professor David Plotke Ph.d who was at that time current Chair of the school's POLITICAL SCIENCE Graduate Faculty Department at the New School for Social Research. Plotke gave Miss Starr neither prior nor written warning whatsoever before her pursued to toss her out of the institution only three weeks before her graduation. In fact, Professor David Plotke had only in March 1999 told Miss Starr to go ahead and "order her cap and gown for her graduation" in May 1999. David Plotke also wrote Miss Starr that "he hopes she can move on to the New School's Ph.D program". Plotke had even returned her 3 MA Thesis papers to her Ok'd but for a few minor revisions UNTIL HE THREW HER OUT OF THE NEW SCHOOL FOR SOCIAL RESEARCH ON APRIL 22 1999 AT 5:30pm AT HIS SWISS ARMY KNIFE-POINT!

Now Miss Starr's entire life has been setback and placed on "hold" while she sits alone both permanantly disabled and severely depressed in her NJ apartment while she tried her best to believe that both the Office for Civil Rights in conjunction with District II NY U.S. Department of Education's two case workers ,Mr. Goldberg & Mr. Luciano, will force the criminal professors and administrative Dean's like McIntyre at the New School for Social Research, to abide by both US Federal and State law which dictates that the school MUST accomedate Miss Starr's permanent disabilities. Both the ADA and the IDEA American with Disability Acts state that any College accepting TITLE IV Taxpayer moneys to fund disabled student's such as Miss Jill Starr's education, cannot legally DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PERSONS LIKE MISS STARR POSSESSING BOTH GRAVE PERMANANT PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES!

What makes this case so unique is that Miss Starr was also discriminated New School famous History Professor Louise Tilly in the most vile manner! Miss Starr experienced emotional abuse by David Plotke, religious discrimination by Louise Tilly who failed her in her required class due to Miss Starr's allegedly harboring 1) Anti-NATO views regarding NATO's bombing of Yugoslavia where Miss Starr's loved ones reside and 2) Miss Starr's possessing very devout Orthodox Christian love for God Almighty. The NSSR in NYC is a radically "Secular Feminist Instittion" and MIss Starr had trouble as far back as 1997 her first semester with rabid feminist secular Professor Nancy Fraser.

Notwithstanding, David Plotke REFUSED TO EITHER ADDRESS OR ACCOMODATE Miss Starr's complaints regarding her grades had dropped due to the vile religious discrimination she experienced by Professor Louise Tilly. Plotke also told Starr her two "doctors notes and her disabilities were not up for discussion". Plotke then proceeded to attempt to "bribe" Miss Starr into leaving the New School "quietly" by not pursuing any legal matters and in that case he would "consider giving her a MA degree one day if he felt like it." Miss Starr informed David Plotke that "she does not accept bribery!" at which point, David Plotke pointed his red SWISS ARMY KNIFE AT HER AND TOLD HER TO GET OUT OF HIS OFFICE BEFORE HE CALLS SECURITY!Since that time, the New School has tried to use Miss Starr's disabilities against her like a vindictive weapon! The school thereafter all of a sudden claims Miss Starr, a student never having caused any trouble there or at any other school during her 10 years of college study is "dangerous".Miss Starr has been absolutely denied access into the New School for Social Research Library for almost one entire year now. The school refuses to return her calls, and will not settle her Civil Rights case which evolved therefrom. The Office for Civil Rights in NYC has been sitting on this case for nearly one year and once already tried to "slip it under the rug" due to Hillary Clinton alledgely being in bed with the NYC teachers Union! Miss Starr, once a proud scholar who has committed her entire life towards enhancing human rights and diplomacy between the US and Yugoslavia, now is on the verge of losing all she has worked for, defaulting on her student loans, and slipping into financial and emotional ruin. Miss Starr has already lost two children afterwhich time she began rebuilding her life after suffering an extremely severe depression due thereto in concjunction to the physical abuse she suffered by her former spouse Mr. Andre Chapman. Nevertheless Miss Starr managed to graduate WPUNJ in Wayne NJ in 1997 with both International and National Honors! She even made the National Dean's Listings in America in 1997 and now works tirelessly to putting clothes, moneys and medicines together when she has the gas money so send to the Serbian and Kosovo reguffees. She writes this press release int he hope that she can obtain an interview on either FOX OR MSNBC NEWS so the Office for Civil Rights will settle her case and the NSSR will give her the degree she eanred in writing original research on Yugoslavian and US relations. Miss Starr had almost committed suicide last April 22 1999 when the Jefferson police cam to her home at the request of the Bishop due to his worrying about her mental depression after Dean McIntyre of the New School for Social research told Miss Starr that she is NOT allowed to even "pay for a foriegn language class at the school with her own money!" This is very odd because the New SChool even places ads on the subways in NYC for students denying Miss Starr the human right to complete any coursework at the NSSR is one of the MOST VILE FORMS OF DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION IN AMERICA TODAY!The case has yet to be resolved. ANY OF THESE ISSUES FOR MISS JILL STARR YET TOLD HER TO LEAVE THE NEW SCHOOL AT ONCE! In fact Miss Starr, is now NOT allowed even to complete the class for Professor Addie Pollis on Political Development she paid the school for last year because the school continues to discriminate against her adn she is getting no social justice in her case. Being she has both emotional and physical disabilty, she is unable to pay for the necessary medical care she needs due to the New School also telling her she is no longer welcomed to "work" at the school. The school has refsued to investigate the reasons David Plotke with no prior warning (oral or written) told her she was no longer welcomed last year as a student anymore.Yet, Plotke continues to ignore her case. Miss Starr now is in danger of defaulting on 10 years of her student loans which will ruin her entire 10 years of education if she cannot get a settlement soon!

Miss Starr had already ordered her cap & gown for her May graduation. Miss Jill Starr was not any ordinary student however and never had been! graduated from William Paterson College in 1997 with both International and National Honors (AKD) and is a member of many Int'l Sociology Associations. She had in 1997 a 3.57 GPA and made the 1997 US National Dean's List (only .5% of .1% of any American college student makes this listing). Starr also is known for possessing TWO PERMANENT DISABILITIES AND SHE HAS BEEN ON SOCIAL SECURITY FOR OVER 10 YEARS! However, she is also a very devout Orthodox.
