Doctor Conrad Murray and the Question Of ‘ Reasonable Doubt’ in Michael Jackson’s Criminally Negligent Death Case: How Much Doubt Is Enough To Free Doctor Conrad Murray?
Inverse to Civil court cases in American law, personal tort claims and similar cases are always settled merely by the accusing side possessing a “preponderance of the evidence.” However, in all criminal cases, the accused can only be found guilty as charged and punished in a court of law, IF a jury of their peers find them guilty as charged BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT. Regarding the, Michael Jackson trial, how has the Prosecution done in proving, Doctor Conrad Murray’s, guilt beyond any reasonable doubt? Do you think he will be found guilty? I don’t think so. First, even though Doctor Murray, beyond any reasonable doubt abused the privilege of being a doctor by giving, Michael Jackson, the powerful drug, Propofol, in any manner without the proper equipment on standby, as well as using Propofol, outside of the appropriate hospital setting, However, I have doubt whether, Doctor Murray, actually killed Michael Jackson, in doing so. Doctor Murray claims, before negligently leaving the room where, Michael Jackson, lay sleeping knocked out, eventually dying of an over dosage from Propofol and other drugs, he went to relieve himself by going to the bathroom. Before doing so, Doctor Conrad, claims only administrating a dosage of 25 mg. Propofol to, Michael Jackson, an amount expert witnesses at the trial all agree is not enough Propofol to kill, Michael Jackson. Therefore, the matter of fact remains, there is enough ‘reasonable doubt’ in my opinion, to formally acquit, Doctor Conrad Murray, and formally free him from the charges against him of, negligent homicide. In other words, if the Propofol, Doctor Conrad Murray, gave Michael Jackson was not enough to kill him, what did? This is called “reasonable doubt.” White (An Expert Witness) said he wouldn't expect Jackson to have died from the amount of Propofol Murray claims he gave the singer.Even if we compound the aforementioned facts concerning the ongoing trial, with other facts such as, Doctor Murray, possessing foreknowledge that, Michael Jackson, also was taking Demerol and other drugs when administering, Propofol, to Michael Jackson, we still cannot prove beyond all doubt, that this negligence is what actually killed Michael Jackson. It is still possible, that Michael Jackson, a known drug abuser, took administered the fatal dose of drugs to himself. Sad yet true, I have personally witnessed drug addicts going to such lengths many more than once. The fact is, we will never truly know whether it was drugs, Doctor Murray, gave to Jackson, or drugs on top of those Murray gave him that Michael Jackson, ingested himself, taken without, Conrad’s, knowledge that killed him in the end. Yes, Doctor Conrad Murray, is a class A creep! But the question is one of doubt in which I personally believe is great to move past in order to find, Doctor Murray Conrad, guilty as charged. What do you think?
