The other day I (June 9th 2011) I was going for my usual morning walk, when suddenly, two Bloomingdale New Jersey Police Cars pulled in front of my walking with their lights on, blocking me from walking further! I did not know the reason for them pulling up like this, when they got out and the older officer stated, "Did you have a little bit too much pain medication, Jill..."? I said, I do feel a little bit dizzy. Then they proceeded to inform me, "I was falling all over the place and someone called the police on me for displaying 'public drunkeness' so to speak. For this reason they told me, they were withholding my " further freedom" as an "American Citizen" and" they were calling an ambulance to take me to the local Chilton Hospital to be examined against my will". I told both police officers, I clearly "DID NOT want to go to the hospital because I just came from being examined by Chilton Hospital earlier that morning, and I was shortly thereafter released with medication. The two Bloomingale Officers then said to me, they called an Ambulance which, "would come to drive me home and that I was neither leave my house or go out from my bed for the rest of the day." I was scared so I agreed. During the time waiting for the ambulance,, the two officers changed their story telling me, "When the ambulance arrives I was to be quite and go with them to Chilton Hospital for examination because I was acting strangely etc..!" I thought to myself, "Not again! (scared they were going to again force me against my will to go into some mental hospital!" Also, during the time we all awaited the ambulance to arrive to take me to the hospital, the two officers fooled around and the older one looked at me and the younger officer asking me "If I thought the younger officer was cute"?! I was shocked. I guess he thought I was drunk or something and would give him a funny answer to tell the rest of the Bloomingdale Police something to laugh about later; I DIDN'T! So as it turned out, when the Pompton Plains, New Jersey Ambulance Squad did arrive at the scene, the two Bloomingdale New Jersey Police Officers withholding my freedom told the Ambulance Squad (LYING) , that "Miss Jill Louise Starr indicated to them that she wanted to go be examined at Chilton Hospital." So they strapped me into the ambulance, and left, I then told the ambulance people, I DID NOT desire to go to the hospital, where early that morning I was and was examined and later released and lagter sent home. I told them which doctor examined me earlier that morning and released me with medication. When I told them this, they called the two Bloomingdale Police Officers back and told them , "Look officers, we do not have time for this crap ! We have people having heart attacks! Miss Starr indicated to us that she does NOT want to go to the hospital and wants to go home! We did verify she was examined and released earlier in the day from Chilton Hospital so we are driving her home to go to sleep. The two Bloomingdale New Jersey Police Officers caught in their obvious lies, were not happy. They did just tell me to go home and stay in bed the rest of the day. I feel as if I am living in Northern Africa under some communist dictator within a police state being so harassed by the local police here ! Miss Jill Louise Starr June 2011 |
