A Gift from North Korea

The North Korean general dropped a bag and left hastily stating that
this is a gift for your wife.The bag contained 500,000 US Dollars.

Major General Ziauddin then incharge of civil works of Pakistani
Nuclear and Missiles program reported the matter to his superiors and
the bag was returned with the complete 500,000 USD.

The incident illustrates how states make decision making smoother by
private gifts and how many millions may have flowed into private hands
in Pakistan and other states.

Not shown in this interview is another revelation of the general that
a Pakistani intelligence boss kept a dedicated bag to pack cash which
he took home on his way back some years earlier.

In a TV interview General Ziauddin later Pakistani ISI boss narrated
this matter to DAWN TV channel of Pakistan in an interview which will
be aired tonight at 2200 Hours.

The general had shared this incident with this scribe about three years ago.

According to the general this was a private gift for Pakistans support
in DPRKs missile program.
