I received my B. E. degree in Computer Science, with the First-Class Honor, from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2005. Currently, I am pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at Peking University, Beijing, China. Under the supervision of Prof. Zongming Guo, I am conducting research in the field of scalable video coding and processing, and perceptual representation.

From Augest 2007 to Augest 2008, I was a visiting student at University of Southern California with the invitation of Prof. C.-C. Jay Kuo.
