Thank you for your correspondence. Yes, I can confirm that was KIUN Pecos TX you were listening to. It was the end of a Taylor Swift song, and our ID in the voice of Adrienne Brooks saying "KIUN Pecos 1400-AM". CONFIRMED!  We're a small 1kw station. KIUN has been on the air since October, 1935. It is one of the oldest radio stations in this part of Texas and was the first radio station along the Texas & Pacific Railroad between El Paso and Fort Worth. We purchased the station from the original owners in 1978, so we're just the second owners of this little independent station. We have a website at www.98xfm.com
