God bless the internet, I'm spread across it like jam on toast. My first intent for this site is to bring together all the places on the 'net I've put my mark, first for myself and for those few people who enjoy keeping up on what I am doing. My very first contribution is a weight loss points calculator I've built for myself. If I need it, chances are other people do, too.
