Single (one person) =  $45.00 per session

Double  (two people) = $30.00 each

Triple (3 -4 people) = $18.00 each

Private training sessions may include but are not limited to one on one or small group cardio segments, TRX conditioning, weight training programs and Yoga sessions. Great for individuals or partners to receive highly motivational training geared to their specific needs and goals. This is also a wonderful venue for small groups to receive a fitness program or Yoga practise designed specificlly for you, in a comfortable NO preasure environment.  Some current group P.T. sessions include Yoga, sport specific training, weight room circuits and core training classes. 

PERSONAL PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT:

A private consultation including a detailed interview exploring the clients' GOALS, ABILITIES, PREFERED ACTIVITY TYPES, NUTRITIONAL COMPONENTS and  LIFE STYLE CHOICES. A written program is designed from the information gathered incorporating charts and an easy to follow fitness routine to assisted the client in achieving their goals.

$150.00<>A follow-up consultation may be required to demonstrate the physical component depending on the clients resources and needs.   <>  

 

THE PREFERED LOCATION OF TRAINING MAY BE  CHOSEN DURING APPOINTMENT RESERVATION

Vinyasa Flow Mondays 6:30PM
Every Monday a complete ONE hour  of vinyasa flow  with a multi level approach that everyone can partisipate in. Benifits  will  enhance balance, strength, purification and stress reduction. This class is a weekly progression of various Hatha yoga styles and principles. From the most ancient of the Yoga practises to some of the more modern approaches to keep you motivated and  dedicated to your practise.  We do respect individual pace and strength variations. We incorporate three main segments in this class; Strength & Vitality, Balance & Flexibility & Peace and Serenity . Merg breath with movement, ignite your internal furnace and take a journey of self improvement and development. Reaching your fullest potential at a comfortable pace.  
 
 
YIN YOGA
 
TUESDAY 9:30 AM
Yin Yoga falls under the subdivision of Hatha Yoga, which is a division of Raja Yoga. Yin asana are almost entirely passive (opposed to active movements of Yang). During asana muscles are relaxed to avoid muscular spasming  which can occur from engaging the muscles for long periods of time (negative tension). Yin postures are held for longer durations softly and do not usually  include balancing postures or inversions. Yin is used to improve the flow of energy through the body (qui or Prana) and is often prescribed as a method of preparing  for meditative postures such as lotus (butterfly) which requires flexibility in the connective tissues. Yin enhances the ability to focus and clear the mind. yin assists and deepens awareness of breathing.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

(Total Body Resistance EXercise Metabolic booster)
 
This class is designed to enhance muscular strength & endurance while developing muscular definition. This session has a hands on approach with each individual to ensure proper alignment, balance and stability. A sequence of specially chosen exercises to challenge each major muscle group and engaging further stabilizers creates a highly result oriented class maximizing your full potential.
 
These sessions are  instructed in both group setting or   individually by appointment.
