The Jazz Band this season is comprised of 21 members. We go to various contests and competitions throughout the year, including State contest and NEIBA district jazz. We also perform at the school's Coffeehouse, scheduled this year for March 19-20.
State Jazz Band was held Januay 30, 2010, at Sumner-Fredericksburg High School, and Jesup received a Division II rating.
The district competetion, or NEIBA Jazz Competition, will be held Saturday March 6th, 2010, at Hudson High School. Jesup placed 5th overall last year, the same ranking as the previuos year's jazz band. Click Here to view the three ballots.
