Jamie's Perl Scripts for Bioinformatics

This is the experimental home for Jamie's PERL Scripts for Bioinformatics. This web site and code respository are hosted by Google. I am mainly using the code.google.com as the project host because of the subversion repository that is available, and the availability of keyword indexing of files available for download. These tools will help me organize my existing code as well as my current code development. I am still trying to decide if I want to place the project documentation here or on the Project Wiki. I am leaning toward wiki documentation since it can be done through the subversion system. All code available for download from this website is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License.
