Knud With Wings SI 101 raced at Ruidoso, Sunland, Prairie Meadows and Canterbury, but primarily at Los Alamitos. When he ran the 101 SI - he was at Los Al going 300 yards. He also ran AAA at 350 and 400 yards.

Sept. 2009 - 1/2 Sister to Knud With Wings Sells for $29K
On September 17, 2009, Teller Iam Knud, a 2008 filly by Teller Cartel out of Angel Layne sold for $29,000. Teller Iam Knud was the first hip to enter the sale ring at the 2009 Heritage Place Yearling Sale. The filly was consigned by Gordon Knudson of Idaho and purchased by T.R. Bennie of Canada. Teller Cartel stands at Lazy E Ranch.
September 2009 - 1MT Ranch Welcomes Streakin Sallye
1MT Ranch has added another broodmare, Streakin Sallye by Streakin La Jolla and out of Shake Em Sallye. Shake Em Sallye is the dam of Shakem Good, 2009 Heritage Place Million Dollar Futurity finalist.
Streakin Sallye is in foal to Furyofthewind for a February 2010 foal.
Furyofthewind's oldest crop of foals are currently yearlings. They have been quite popular at this years Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale, averaging over $50,000 and the Heritage Place Yearling Sale, where 4 yearlings averaged $22,000. For more information about Furyofthewind click here.
August 2009 - Eyesa Covergirl Gets First Winner!
Eyesa Snoball (Negotiate Dash, Eyesa Covergirl X Mr Eye Opener) bred and raised by Terry Reed saw her first out on 8/27/09 at Hoosier Park. She broke 3rd fastest out of the 1 hole in a field of 10 horses and quickly worked her way up to a 1st place finished by nearly 2 lengths. She earned a AAA speed rating and just under 10K for her efforts!
Eyesa Covergirl is the dam of 2 foals: Eyesa Snoball (2006 filly) and I Want The Girl (2008 filly by I Want It Now) and in foal to Knud With Wings for a 2010 foal. Eyesa Covergirl is owned by Terry Reed.
Update: Sadly, Eyesa Snoball, was lost to colic on September 10th.
2009 Breeding Report:
Knud With Wings accumlated an impressive book of mares for the 2009 breeding season. It included AAA mares and producers, stakes winners, proven 1D producers. They are daughters of Mr Eye Opener, Ronas Ryon, Streakin Six, Dashing Chico, It's Royal Time, Dash Thru Traffic, Mr Master Bug, Strawflyin Buds and Bully Bullion.
