I love to live within the music, all genres, and in playing for others, to create joy within them. I mostly play classical music and a taste of jazz and standards on the piano. I never play a piece the same way twice for each moment in time is a newly created moment, a new creation.

Please be aware of the following: I do not sing. You don't really want to hear me sing...mark my words! However, you should hear me play!  No kidding! However, I do play a taste of jazz, and standards of the forties, in addition to classical music.

Not everyone can say this...but I can. It's not that I'm bragging, but I am!! Last spring (2008) I was playing classical music professionally at a grand piano in a Clearwater, Florida hotel. Much to my surprise and delight, Chick Corea, the grammy winning jazz composer, came running up to me, and embracing my waist with his famous hands said: "You're smokin', you're really smokin'"! He just about lifted me off the piano bench. Mario Feininger, a well known European classical concert pianist recently told me that I played from "knowingness." When I was younger I was a folk singer with acoustic guitar, and I took lessons from Jerry Garcia of the "Grateful Dead" an "instant" before he became famous.

I am available for all types of events, be they at weddings, clubs, retirement communities, churches, synagogues, and etc.  Please email me at musicmaker880@gmail.com to engage me for your event. I am in the Los Angeles area, but am willing to travel. Currently I have been playing piano at various events such as retirement communities, and weddings. If you do not have a piano I can bring a keyboard.
