It's so exciting when you decide to become an Avon Lady. I know how giddy I was when I walked into the Avon store to be appointed. Most reps, including me, are given a quick overview of what to do and where to begin. We are given our start up packet with information and DVD's and we are on our way!

We rush home anxious to get started and then we realize.....we have no idea of where to begin. Something as simple as ordering more brochures was never explained to us! We don't know how we "get paid" or how and when to put in orders! Some of us can read through the materials and find out everything we need to know but some of us need some pointers.
