My name is Jennifer and I am a responsible, outgoing, garrulous, active, and determined person.  My main goal is to enjoy every moment in life and to go beyond the average standards life presents.   I do not want to be forgotten; I want to be remembered for accomplishing all of my goals to the best of my ability.  As my soccer coach says, “in order to be great, your worst enemy is good.”  I do not settle for simply meeting standards.  Average is not what I strive for; I make every effort to succeed in whatever I choose to do.

My first year of high school was an amazing experience.  I have countless memories I will cherish forever.  The highlight of my year was making the ESHS Varsity Soccer team as the starting goalkeeper.  The team was a great outlet not only for improving my soccer, but also for making new friends.  My academic accomplishments were just as strong as my athletic accomplishments; I took as many advanced and honors classes as I could and ended the year with an A in every class.  I had the pleasure of being taught by some of the best teachers I have ever had and learned a great deal.   I hope this year go just as well as last year.  ESHS is my home for the next three years, and I plan on making it an incredible years!

The unyielding amount of determination I have is what makes me special.  I feel it is a strong attribute to be able to not give up and shy away from life when it gets difficult.  I am thankful that I have been given this gift, which I use to excel in school and sports.  My friends motivate me to continue and I know I can trust them to always be there for me, as I am for them.  Through the strength of my family and friends I am able to appreciate all aspects of my life.

My plan is to go to college in California or Arizona at a well-known and highly respected school.  I have huge goals; I want to be a genetic counselor by majoring in biology and earning my Masters Degree and possibly my Doctorate Degree.  I hope my life is rich in love, friendship, and happiness.  If I continue striving for the best and being successful, I am sure I will be content with my future.
