What is the Scumball? The Scumball is an annual event, to raise money for charity The Scumball consists of 50 teams, a team requires 2 people and a car.... The car of your choice must be purchased for under the value of £1000.00 During the 16th - 21st August 2007 we will be travelling in convoy from Donnington Park, UK to the Nurburgring, Germany. On arrival at the Nurburgring we shall be taking to the track to complete 10 laps of the infamous race track, before travelling back to the UK. About Team A.R.S.EOur team comprimises of Simon Nash and Matt Harley , our chosen team name is Auto Racing Service Engineers, abbreviated to A.R.S.E. We have purchased our Scumball car she is a Red Peugeot 405 Le Mans Edition, with 2.0L of pure power. To see a photo of her at the moment - please click here. Closer to the date she will be dressed for the Scumball with various vinyl stickers applied to as much of the body work as possible. Our Chosen CharitiesAs the main focus of this event is to raise money for charity, we have chosen two charities for our team. A national charity "Breast Cancer Care" and a local charity "Kemp Hospice, Kidderminster", with your help we would like to raise as much as possible for these deserving charities!! |
