My journey of wellness started in 2001 when my mother died after a prolonged battle with breast cancer. She was only 55.  That was a huge wakeup call for me.  I realized that I needed to take charge and care of my own health. This led me to the two passions that I have in my life; Yoga and Health.

When I began practicing Yoga, I was instantly drawn to it. In just a few sessions I began to feel the positive effects to my body and mind. I continued my personal practice for some time before I decided to take the next step of becoming a Yoga Instructor. Since I felt so passionate about yoga, I wanted to share it with others.  I did my Yoga Teacher Training at the Integral Yoga Institute (IYI) in Buckingham, Virginia in 2007 and later returned for additional Training in 2009.  I have been sharing the joy of yoga with others here in Madison, Alabama since 2007.

Over the years, I have realized that yoga alone was not enough to truly transform one’s health.  To be better educated about it I enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City.  At IIN I learned how diet and lifestyle directly affect your health and wellbeing and received training on coaching others to improve their health.

I opened Jenifer Bail Wellness to  follow my passion of helping others live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
