• Taught intensive summer school English classes for students with advanced English level skills.

• Facilitated English lessons for 30 hours a week to approximately 20 different classes of elementary to middle school children. 
• Occasionally taught private lessons to high school students and adults.

• Designed and implemented a sustainable computer program at a vocational school.

• Extensive HIV awareness promotion including: advisor to two HIV groups, working with the 
organization of fundraisers, redefining internal organization of HIV groups, and facilitation of 
awareness programs and meetings.
• Worked independently with hospitals, clinics, local organizations, and local businesses with the 
distribution of prophylactics and HIV awareness materials.

• Maintained the safety and welfare of inmates, other correctional officers, and myself at a medium 
security penitentiary.
• In charge of a housing unit of approximately 100 inmates, maintaining prisoner activities, locations, 
and traffic.
