The Cape Cod Frozen Fatass 50K is hosted by the Cape Cod Ultrarunners Society and is held yearly around the end of January on Sandy Neck, West Barnstable, Massachusetts. The course is a figure 8 on the beach and back-barrier trails, and is held at the end of January/early February.
