I have also achieved a high distinction in my LCM Grade 8 acting examination. Stage:In June 2011, I took part in 'Barefaced: Stripped Back Theatre' at the Blue Orange Theatre in Birmingham. In this novel process, five pairs were given three scripts to perform and across three evenings audiences voted for their favourite interpretations. My pair was the winner of the final night, and also of the overall vote for the weekend. In November 2010, I reprised my role of Donald in NCTC's production of Dennis Potter's Blue Remembered Hills but with a different cast. At the same time, I performed as Dr Lombardi in their production of Goldoni's Servant of Two Masters. In May 2010, I was part of the team for Rogueplay's show 'Not Just a Suitcase', as well as designing some of the music behind it. Throughout February and March 2010 I performed with the New Century Theatre Company as Donald in Dennis Potter's Blue Remembered Hills. In January 2010, I performed as Lucio and Barnadine in an exciting promenade production of Measure for Measure at the Custard Factory, Digbeth. I also took part in the live art exhibition of Liam Gillick's Two Short Plays at Eastside Studios. In November and December 2009, I played eighteen different characters in Rage Arts' production of Arthur and Merlin. This involved touring schools in the Midlands, getting in and getting out as part of a cast of four. Between September 2008 and March 2009 I was working on a production of Measure for Measure, playing Angelo and Claudio and also performing on the cello. This was a highly successful and challenging tour of Rajasthan, India with the Out of Cocoon Theatre Company. I was at the 2008 Brighton Festival for three evenings in May and the Camden Fringe Festival for two performances in July playing Karl and Joe Crabb in The Extraordinary Mugging of Mr Winterbottom, and was at the Hackney Empire as Jimmy in Twice Nightly During the Week in July 2007.Short Film:Film-wise, I have been in Joel Chu's sinister thriller Breath, Christian GiB's comedy A Hard Gay's Night, and a clown in Death of a Clown. In April 2009, I played the lead role in Chapters, by Matthew Guest and Keshia Agnew. In November 2009 I played the part of Daz in Daniel Craddock's short film 'Into the Woods' about a suicide pact made across the internet.Other:I am the voice in '...touched by your gesture', a multi-screen sound and video installation by Andrew Markham, described as a 'well-spoken seductive sounding male narrator used by Markham to envelop the viewer within a tale of lust, envy and loss' in the press release, written by Markham himself.
