Welcome to the Continuing Education Center
 The Jackson County Continuing Education Center in collaboration with the Jackson County Board of Education offers a wide variety of programs to meet the needs and interests of the citizens of Jackson County.
OUR MISSION
Is to raise the educational levels of eligible adults by providing academic instruction that leads to strong literacy skills and GED attainment, which are gateways to postsecondary education and highly skilled employment.
OUR VISION
Is to improve the quality of life of each of our learners by providing them with the educational and workplace skills they need to become a more productive citizens of our community.
OUR PURPOSE
Is to assist adult learners in acquiring the knowledge needed to reach their academic goals in the workplace, at home and in society.

GED Test Dates
Feburary 28 & 29
FREE GED TESTING
The offical GED testing fee has been waived to all students that are test ready from Feb 24th - June 2012
Each testing day starts at 8am & pre-registration must be done three days prior to testing date. Registration Fee is $60. Make checks payable to the Continuing Education Center. For more information please contact Crystal Baker at 287-3571 or email
