About the Author
Dr. Jay Dugan has been an educator for 37 years. He has been a public school teacher, curriculum supervisor, principal, and superintendent. Currently he serves as the director of professional/curriculum development for the Educational Information and Resource Center (EIRC). He also serves as an adjunct college professor at Rowan University. Dr. Dugan offers trainings, consultations, and keynote addresses across the state of New Jersey.
