The Management of Discipline Cases In School

        It's hard to put a benchmark or standard to carry out punishment to the students. It's sometimes rather considered as a non-effective punishment in the management due to the less of follow up action to be done on that student. The management of the discipline problem actually should start by counseling the students. Caning or any physical punishment should be avoided as possible. However, for the serious cases, then the caning maybe considered as a choice and it's should be carried out by certain department of education so that it didn't look like bias and unfair to the students.    

        Parents and counselor play a vital role in solving the problems of students in school too. With the cooperation by all the part, then the problem of the students hopefully will be solved effectively. Moreover, parents should not leave all the responsibility to the teachers. They should know that their children spend more time at home rather than school. Then they should cultivate the important moral values and the religion culture to their children so that their children will stay away from the negative elements like drugs addict, gangsterism, playing truant, loitering and others. The children are future generation so all parts should work together to help these generation developer to stand on their own and developing the country.    

        Furthermore, the mass media  also  should not always to widen the scope  and the seriousness of discipline cases in school as this will worsen the discipline level and conditions in school and make the steps of reducing or curbing the discipline issues becoming more difficult to solve or handle. 

        Overall, all parts of related authorities should work hand-in-hand to curb the discipline issues in schools so that it will let the future generations to have a good, enjoyable and happy environment to grow up.
