Making your reservation:
For each casa, and each room/suite, you can check availablity before you book. If the room is showing as unavailable, a reservation request will add you to the waiting list for that room.
Paying the reservation deposit:
To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of:
- 20% of the expected value of your stay, or
- 7 nights accomodation (whichever is the smaller).
Our calendar will not be updated with your reservation until we receive your deposit, although we will hold the room for you for a reasonable period after your original enquiry so you have time to arrange a funds transfer (see Forms of Payment Accepted, below). If we have another reservation request for your room/suite before you have paid your deposit, we will let you know.
Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel, you need to let us know as soon as possible. We will refund your deposit as follows:
- For cancellations made more than 3 weeks prior, a full refund will be made;
- For cancellations within 3 weeks of your reserved stay we refund 50% of your deposit;
- For cancellations within one week of your reserved stay we retain all of the deposit.
We strongly recommend you take out travellers insurance at the time you confirm your reservation.
Paying the security deposit(s):
A cash security deposit of $US 40 is required at check-in if you choose to use the mobile phone contained in the 'up and running' pack. This is refundable at check-out.
Paying for the balance of your stay:
The balance of your stay should be paid on check-in. If you are staying for more than two weeks, we can accept payment in instalments.
Forms of payment accepted:
We accept:
- $US notes and Argentine Pesos, or
- We can also accept payments through Paypal for deposits.
Please enquire if you would prefer to make your payments in some other form.
