1.      Clothes are loaded into basket

2.      PERC is pumped into the basket and the clothes are agitated

3.      Basket is spun at high speeds and PERC is drained and filtered back into the storage tank or is distilled

4.      Hot air or steam is fed in to the basket to vaporize remaining PERC

5.      The vaporized PERC is cooled in the condenser back into the liquid state and returned to the storage tank

6.      The water and air that are separated from the PERC are released into the environment

7.      The clothes are removed from the basket and pressed
