Look for your Pack number in the chart below. If it is not listed, your Pack has not registered for this camp nor indicated that they plan to do so.

Click on the link at the bottom of the page to download a "pre-registration" (i.e. intent to register for camp) form or call or e-mail the Camp Director, Karen Brienza. (This information can be mailed to japeechendaycamp@yahoo.com.)

The "PRE-REGISTRATION" column reflects the number of Scouts that a Pack anticipates will attend.

The "REGISTERED" column reflects the number of Scouts who are officially registered.

The "MEDICALS" column reflects the number of medicals for Scouts that have been received. Please make every attempt to turn in medicals to the Camp Director before camp begins. You may submit medicals at any Japeechen District Roundtable Meeting (first Wednesday of each month, April & May - O'Hara Elementary School), at the Mandatory Day Camp Meeting on June 6th (Fireman's Memorial Park in Aspinwall, directions on meeting page), at Flag Plaza (marked "Japeechen District Day Camp") or by mail to the Camp Director (request address at japeechendaycamp@yahoo.com.) It is very important that we receive camper medicals ahead of time so that we can be aware of any significant health issues.
