ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Janie Peterson and Roger Peterson: Parents,
grandparents, foster parents, adoptive
parents, NE Licensed Behavioral Therapists,
authors, publishers, CEO's of Behave'n Day
Center. Roger and I were employed at Boys Town
for a combined 37 years until we started Behave'n
Day Center in 2000 where we have helped over
1000 children to date.
We wrote "The Sleep Fairy" and “Mini Methods
or Madness.” We published research on “The
Sleep Fairy” and Behave’n, are currently writing
parent guide books on store and church
behavior. We love to speak to parents and others
interested in learning more about strategies for young children and their behavioral issues.
We have spent our entire careers working with families, parents,
and caregivers to create a more nurturing enviroment for today’s children.
The Peterson's speak across the nation to large and small groups of parents, caregivers, teachers, administrators and other professionals.They share their techniques, insights, and wisdom to groups such as The Council for Exceptional Children, NAEYC, Head Start, schools,
parent-teacher groups and many others.      May 5th
