I am a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) with the Department of Finance at the University of Melbourne. I obtained my PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge in 2015.

This website contains information about my research, links to teaching materials for students and my Curriculum Vitae. My work focuses on securities trading market structure and regulation. My papers examine the effects of high frequency trading, trading in dark pools, competition between trading venues, and pre- and post-trade transparency on market quality and cost of capital. I am also interested in household financial decision making. Details of my research can be found here and on my SSRN page.

Teaching materials for students are available via the teaching link.
