1- Here  un got a CSS config exclusive to NCC  ----> CONFIG      right click then save as <----

Follow the instructions :
 

1 -  Savethis file to your desktop .

2- Copy the file autoexec.cfg to your   c:\**where is 

installed***\Steam\SteamApps\YOURNAMEHERE\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg

I repeat :
Put this file (autoexec.cfg) in the folder above

If dont works try typing in console   " exec autoxec"
