The Jacoby Family continue to move so many with their story. Many close to the them were so moved emotionally by Abby's strength and determination that friends and family started to share Greg and Jenn's blog with members of their community. Her ability to pull through procedures that most people could not imagine enduring was simply amazing! Abby has truely made a difference in her short time on this earth.
