Here you will find a printable pdf of a book plate honoring Jacob Aaron Snow, created by illustrator and author Katie Davis (http://www.katiedavis.com/main.htm).   Jacob, the son of Amanda Snow, who blogs at A Patchwork of Books, very sadly lost his battle for life after four months.  Members of the Kidlitosphere are organizing a book donation program in memory --if you would like to participate, please print the attached book plates on Avery full sheet labels (it takes a while for the pdf to load), stick them in books, and give them away to the places where you think they will be most welcomed!
